Why do you list your wholesale pricing on your website?
Our industry continues to change and evolve. Our research shows that most designers work on a fee basis, with a predetermined mark -up established in advance with their client. Access to immediate pricing saves the designer time and effort, and allows for transparency, benefiting both designer and client.

How do I request samples?

Who can order samples?

Are samples free?
Yes, samples are provided at no charge, but only to licensed professionals.

When will my sample request be processed?
Normally sample requests are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Larger requests may take additional time. Please provide your shipping number for rushed sampling orders.

Does Joseph Noble provide finishing services?
We currently do not offer finishing services on our full product line, however we do offer organic treatments on select products. We can suggest companies that do offer appropriate finishes on all products.

Can Joseph Noble products be used for any application?
Application suitability is the sole responsibility of the designer/purchaser.

How can I clean an indigo dye stain?
Certain clothing and accessory dyes (such as those used on denim jeans) may migrate to lighter colors of our vinyl and polyurethane coated products. This phenomenon is increased by humidity and temperature and is irreversible. Joseph Noble will not assume responsibility for dye transfer caused by external contaminants.

What is a Technology Leather?
Joseph Noble Technology Leathers™ are a defined category of manufactured products that look, feel, and perform like (or in many cases, better than) real leather. Each one is distinctively engineered and designed for maximum visual impact as well as meeting the high quality performance standards required in our industry.

How does Joseph Noble comply with Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 is a law that requires businesses to notify residents of California about certain chemicals in the products that they have purchased. The list, which is continuously evolving, can be viewed at https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list

We here at Joseph Noble work closely with our suppliers to monitor which products contain chemicals from the Prop 65 list. When shipping to California, we comply to Prop 65 regulations by including an on-product warning label that meets required standards.

Can I purchase from Joseph Noble if I am not in the trade?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please contact an interior designer directly to place your order.

Does Joseph Noble ship internationally?
Joseph Noble cannot ship goods for international shipments without a customer’s account number. FedEx, UPS or DHL are the preferred methods.

How do I get a freight quote?

What is your standard method for shipping?
Standard shipping is Federal Express Ground, however we can provide alternative shipping upon request.
