1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Log on to www.josephnoble.com/register and fill in the requested information.  Limit one entry per person. Limit one prize per person.
2. This Sweepstakes is open to the following; legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, individuals that are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and individuals directly associated with the interior design industry.  Employees and associates of Joseph Noble, Inc. ("Sponsor") and members of their immediate families are not eligible for sweepstakes consideration.
3. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received, including by reason of technical malfunction or incompatibility, will not be eligible. No telephone registrations will be accepted.
4.  Winners will be awarded a prize consisting of 8 yards of Joseph Noble Technology Leather or textiles as specified by Joseph Noble Incorporated.  It is the sole determination of the winners to select the color and pattern of their choice from available options.  Product must be selected from available stock.
5.  Winners will be selected in a monthly drawing, held 10 days into the following month, from all eligible registrants (e.g.- July’s winner will be selected on August 7th, 2009).  Registrants are eligible to reenter sweepstakes monthly.  Winners will be notified by telephone. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Winners will be expected to comply with Sponsors request for select information pertaining to the Winners selection of product for this sweepstakes.  Any and all information concerning the Winners participation in this sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for promotional purposes with the understanding, acknowledgement and agreement that this sweepstakes requires the submission, use and dissemination of personal information for promotional purposes.  If Winner is unable or unwilling to agree to these conditions, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. 
6. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed. Upon delivery of any prize to winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.
7. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors, their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.
8. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this sweepstakes at any given time.  In the event of termination, a final drawing will be held from among all eligible entrants received at the time of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the sweepstakes or the Web site.
9. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Dallas County in the State of Texas. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by mail, e-mail  or telephone.
